Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened
- The original seal is intact
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- If these conditions are fulfilled, you may request a return.
Non-Returnable Products
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken or removed seals
- We appreciate your understanding, as this policy ensures product safety and quality for all customers.
Return Procedure
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
- After approval, return the product as instructed.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The product received is defective, or
- An incorrect item was delivered
- In such cases, Organic & Co. will cover the return shipping costs.
