THE DISCOVERY
I traveled to one of the most remote places on Earth the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. High above the clouds, where the air is thin and the mountains touch the sky, I saw something extraordinary. A dark, mineral-rich resin slowly oozing from ancient rock walls. Shilajit. Formed over thousands of years through intense pressure, plants, and minerals deep in the Earth, it is one of the rarest and most powerful natural substances in the world. When I used it for the first time, I immediately felt the difference. More clarity. More strength. More life. That moment changed everything.
